Grilled Chicken With Herbs Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced fresh Italian parsley |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced rosemary |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced thyme |
| 1 | Sage leaf | |
| 3 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Balsamic vinegar |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
| 1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Boneless skinless chicken breasts |
In a blender combine all the ingredients except the chicken. Pour the marinade over the chicken breast in a bowl. Cover and place in the refrigerator and let marinate for at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours.
Grill or broil the chicken for about 6 to 7 minutes per side until no trace of pink remains.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 3 to 4 ounces.
