Grilled Chicken With Herbs

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons 30mlMinced fresh Italian parsley
2 teaspoons 10mlMinced rosemary
2 teaspoons 10mlMinced thyme
1   Sage leaf
3   Garlic cloves - minced
1/4 cup 59mlOlive oil
1/2 cup 118mlBalsamic vinegar
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozBoneless skinless chicken breasts

Recipe Instructions

In a blender combine all the ingredients except the chicken. Pour the marinade over the chicken breast in a bowl. Cover and place in the refrigerator and let marinate for at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours.

Grill or broil the chicken for about 6 to 7 minutes per side until no trace of pink remains.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 3 to 4 ounces.
