Chili Basil Seasame Chicken

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 118mlLow-sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup 118mlLow-sodium low-fat chicken broth
1 tablespoon 15mlOlive oil
1 teaspoon 5mlSesame oil
2 teaspoons 10mlToasted sesame seeds
2   Dried chili peppers - broken in half
1/4 cup 23g / 0.8ozFresh basil - minced
1 lb 454g / 16ozBoneless skinless chicken breasts

Recipe Instructions

Combine the first seven ingredients. Mix well. Add the chicken and marinate up to 24 hours.

On a grill with the rack set 6 inches from the heat source, grill the chicken over high heat for 7 minutes per side until cooked through.

This recipe yields 5 servings. Serving size: 3 ounces.
