Chili Basil Seasame Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Low-sodium soy sauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Low-sodium low-fat chicken broth |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sesame oil |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Toasted sesame seeds |
2 | Dried chili peppers - broken in half | |
1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Fresh basil - minced |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Boneless skinless chicken breasts |
Combine the first seven ingredients. Mix well. Add the chicken and marinate up to 24 hours.
On a grill with the rack set 6 inches from the heat source, grill the chicken over high heat for 7 minutes per side until cooked through.
This recipe yields 5 servings. Serving size: 3 ounces.
