Spicy Chicken Breasts Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Boneless chicken breast - halved | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sesame oil |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Low-fat sour cream |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced green onion |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Chopped garlic |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a small shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and place the chicken in the baking dish.
Mix together the sesame oil, mustard, sour cream, onion and garlic in a small bowl. Brush the sour cream mixture on both sides of each breast with a pastry brush.
Sprinkle the chicken with paprika and black pepper and bake for 30 minutes.
This recipe yields 2 servings. Serving size: 1/2 chicken breast.
