| 1 | Jalapeño pepper - minced | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Fresh orange juice |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Lime juice |
| Pasta With Grilled Shrimp | ||
| 1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Deveined peeled large shrimp |
| 6 cups | 1422ml | Cooked rotini noodles |
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the salsa. Set aside.
Prepare an outdoor grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches from the coals. On a gas grill, place the setting to high. Grill the shrimp for 2 minutes per side.
Toss the cooked noodles with the salsa. Arrange the shrimp on the pasta and serve.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 3 ounces shrimp, 1 cup pasta.
