Grilled Salmon With Yogurt Dill Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozSalmon filets
1 tablespoon 15mlOlive oil
2 tablespoons 30mlLemon juice
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced fresh parsley
1/2 cup 118mlLow-fat sour cream
1/2 cup 118mlPlain non-fat yogurt
2 teaspoons 10mlSherry vinegar
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced dill
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced scallions

Recipe Instructions

In a large bowl, marinate the salmon in the oil, lemon juice, and parsley for 30 minutes.

Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches from he heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to medium

Grill the salmon for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Combine all ingredients for the sauce and serve it with the grilled salmon.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 3 to 4 ounces with 2 1/2 tablespoons sauce.
