Grilled Salmon With Yogurt Dill Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Salmon filets |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced fresh parsley |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Low-fat sour cream |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Plain non-fat yogurt |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sherry vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced dill |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced scallions |
In a large bowl, marinate the salmon in the oil, lemon juice, and parsley for 30 minutes.
Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches from he heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to medium
Grill the salmon for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Combine all ingredients for the sauce and serve it with the grilled salmon.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 3 to 4 ounces with 2 1/2 tablespoons sauce.
