Grilled Pork Tenderloin With Tomato Mango Salsa

Recipe Ingredients

2   Pork tenderloins - (12 oz ea)
1/3 cup 78mlReduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozTomatoes - seeded, diced (medium)
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozDiced mango
1/2 cup 46g / 1.6ozMinced yellow or green bell pepper
1/4 cup 59mlHot jalapeño jelly - melted
2 tablespoons 30mlWhite wine vinegar

Recipe Instructions

Rub pork tenderloins all over with teriyaki sauce; let stand 5 minutes.

Combine tomatoes, mango, bell pepper, jelly and vinegar in medium bowl; mix well. Set aside.

Grill pork, covered, over medium-hot coals 20 to 25 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part registers 160 degrees, turning once. Slice and serve with salsa.
