Sea Bass With Ginger Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Sea bass fillets - (4 oz ea) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Peanut oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced fresh ginger |
2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
1/3 cup | 30g / 1.1oz | Minced scallions |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Chopped cilantro |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lite soy sauce |
In a medium steamer, add water and bring to a boil. Arrange the fillets on the steamer rack. Cover and steam fro 6 to 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a small skillet. Add the ginger and garlic and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
Transfer the steamed fillets to a platter. Pour ginger oil over the fillets and top with scallions, cilantro, and soy sauce.
This recipe yields 2 servings. Serving size: 4 ounces.
