1 teaspoon | 5ml | Prepared minced garlic |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Thyme |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Oregano |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Baking potatoes - cut into quarters (small) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Red onion - peeled, and (small) |
Cut into quarters | ||
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Baby carrots |
1 cup | 237ml | Fat-free chicken broth |
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place meat in baking dish and sprinkle with garlic and herbs.
Add vegetables and pour broth in bottom of dish. Cover and bake 1 hour or until done.
