Recipe Ingredients

1/2 lb 227g / 8ozPot roast
1 teaspoon 5mlPrepared minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlFreshly-ground black pepper
1 teaspoon 5mlThyme
1 teaspoon 5mlOregano
2 teaspoons 10mlBaking potatoes - cut into quarters (small)
1 teaspoon 5mlRed onion - peeled, and (small)
  Cut into quarters
1/2 cup 55g / 1.9ozBaby carrots
1 cup 237mlFat-free chicken broth

Recipe Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place meat in baking dish and sprinkle with garlic and herbs.

Add vegetables and pour broth in bottom of dish. Cover and bake 1 hour or until done.

This recipe yields 2 servings. Serving size: 1/2 of recipe.
