Recipe Ingredients

2 teaspoons 10mlOlive oil
1   Garlic clove - minced
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlDried crushed red pepper flakes
1   Thin-crust pizza shell - (10 oz - 12" dia)
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozNon-fat grated mozzarella cheese
1   No salt added diced tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz) - drained
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozFresh salmon fillet - skinned, and
  Cut into 1" pieces
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlMinced fresh dill
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozChopped red onion in 1" pieces
1 oz 28gCrumbled low-fat feta cheese
10   Basil leaves - sliced

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine the olive oil, garlic and pepper flakes and set aside.

Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, leaving a 1-inch border. Cover with diced tomatoes, salmon pieces, dill, red onion, feta cheese, and basil leaves. Drizzle top with garlic-olive oil.

Bake in oven until the cheese bubbles and crust is browned. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
