1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Almond extract |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Low-sugar apricot jam |

1 | Whole-wheat bread |
Using a food processor or blender, mix the cottage cheese, almond extract, sugar, and jam together. Lightly toast the bread and spread it with the cottage cheese mixture.
Place the toast on a baking tray and broil until the cheese begins to brown lightly.
