Grilled Flank Steak Teriyaki Recipe - Cooking Index
15 oz | 426g | Teriyaki sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Brown sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped garlic |
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Flank steak |
Combine all the ingredients in a shallow pan and marinate, covered, for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. (For best results, marinate the flank steak overnight in the refrigerator.)
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Place the flank steak directly onto the hot grill. Cook to desired doneness (8 to 10 minutes for rare, 10 to 12 minutes for medium, 12 to 15 minutes for well), turning the steak periodically to avoid burning.
