1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Thinly-sliced carrot |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Ketchup |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vinegar |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Kielbasa sausage - cut 1/4" thick |
Slices | ||
2 | Boneless skinless chicken breasts - cut into thin | |
Bite-size strips | ||
1 | Onion - thinly sliced, (medium) | |
And seperated into rings | ||
1 | Baked beans - (16 oz) | |
8 oz | 227g | Frozen peas or green beans - defrosted |
In slow-cooker combine all ingredients except the peas or green beans. Mix well, cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours until chicken is no longer pink and carrots are tender.
Ten minutes before serving, stir in the peas or green beans. Increase heat to HIGH setting and cover and cook 10 minutes or until peas or green beans are tender.
