Slow Cooked Sausage And Chicken Stew

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 55g / 1.9ozThinly-sliced carrot
2 tablespoons 30mlBrown sugar
1 teaspoon 5mlDry mustard
1/2 cup 118mlKetchup
1 tablespoon 15mlVinegar
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozKielbasa sausage - cut 1/4" thick
  Slices
2   Boneless skinless chicken breasts - cut into thin
  Bite-size strips
1   Onion - thinly sliced, (medium)
  And seperated into rings
1   Baked beans - (16 oz)
8 oz 227gFrozen peas or green beans - defrosted

Recipe Instructions

In slow-cooker combine all ingredients except the peas or green beans. Mix well, cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours until chicken is no longer pink and carrots are tender.

Ten minutes before serving, stir in the peas or green beans. Increase heat to HIGH setting and cover and cook 10 minutes or until peas or green beans are tender.
