Scalloped Ham Meal Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 teaspoons | 20ml | Potatoes - sliced 1/4" thick (medium) |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Chopped onion |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
| 2 cups | 474ml | Frozen peas |
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Smoked ham - sliced 1/2" thick |
| 1 | Cream of chicken soup - (10 oz) | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Water |
Put potato into slow cooker; scatter onion over top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; sprinkle with peas. Lay the ham slices on top.
Stir soup and water together in a bowl, pour over ham. Cover and cook on LOW for 9 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
