| 1 | Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies | |
| 1 | Onion - diced (medium) | |
| 1 | Regular beer - (12 oz) | |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground chuck |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chili powder |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cumin |
| Chili powder - to taste |
Brown ground chuck and onion; drain. Combine with remaining ingredients in slow cooker. Cook over MEDIUM setting for 12 to 24 hours. Add chili powder as desired.
