Lemon Pepper Chicken II Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Boneless skinless chicken breast halves | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Nonfat margarine |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt - (optional) |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
Lemon pepper - to taste | ||
Paprika - to taste | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Nonfat chicken broth |
Rub the chicken with margarine and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle chicken generously with lemon pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
Pour broth into crockpot and add chicken. Cook on HIGH for 2 to 4 hours or LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Cook until chicken is done.
