Crockpot Lasagna Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef |
1 | Onion - chopped | |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Garlic powder |
2 | Tomato sauce - (15 oz ea) | |
1 | Tomato paste - (6 oz) | |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried oregano |
1 | Cottage cheese - (12 oz) | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Grated Parmesan cheese |
12 oz | 340g | Lasagna noodles - uncooked |
12 oz | 340g | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Add garlic powder, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and oregano. Cook long enough to get it warm.
Spoon a layer of meat sauce onto the bottom of the crockpot. Add a double layer of uncooked lasagna noodles (break to fit) and top with cheeses. Repeat with sauce, noodles and cheeses until all are used up.
Cover crockpot and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
This recipe yields 10 servings.
