Crockpot Italian Chicken Stew Recipe - Cooking Index
12 | Tyson boneless skinless chicken thighs | |
2 | Diced tomatoes with Italian herbs - (14 1/2 oz ea) | |
2 cups | 474ml | Cubed zucchini squash |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Peeled fresh pearl onions |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Fresh baby carrots |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tomato paste |
2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Crushed red pepper flakes |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
8 cups | 1896ml | Cooked pasta |
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Combine all ingredients in large crockpot; mix well. Cook on LOW setting at least 6 hours or until internal juices of chicken run clear.
This recipe yields 8 servings.
