Crockpot Cantonese Dinner Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Pork steak, 1/2" thick - cut into strips |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - sliced (large) |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Green pepper - cut into strips (small) |
| 1 | Mushroom - (4 oz) - drained | |
| 1 | Tomato sauce - (8 oz) | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Brown sugar |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Vinegar |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Worcestershire sauce |
Brown pork in oil in skillet. Drain on double paper towel. Place pork strips and all remaining ingredients into crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours (HIGH 4 hours).
Serve over hot fluffy rice.
