Patti's Chicken Cacciatore Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 | Frozen chicken breasts | |
| 1 | Onion - thinly sliced (large) | |
| 1 | Green bell pepper - sliced (large) | |
| 2 | Small cans sliced mushrooms - drained | |
| 1 | Chunky garden style spaghetti sauce | |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
| Oregano - to taste | ||
| Basil - to taste |
Put all ingredients in crockpot and cook on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours or on LOW for 8 to 12 hours. Serve over spaghetti or rice.
