Crockpot Barbecued Turkey Legs Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Turkey drumsticks | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Molasses |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Hickory smoke |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Vinegar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Catsup |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Instant minced onion |
Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper. Place in a crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over the turkey. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hours.
If the turkey legs are small, serve one thigh or one drumstick per person; if large, slice off the meat and serve with sauce.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
