Recipe Ingredients

1   Cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 oz)
1/2 cup 118mlRed wine
1   Lipton beefy onion soup mix
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDried thyme
2 lbs 908g / 32ozStew beef
8 oz 227gFresh mushrooms - sliced
8 oz 227gBaby carrots

Recipe Instructions

Mix sauce ingredients in cooker. Add meat, carrots, and mushrooms, and stir. Cook on HIGH 4 hours and LOW 4 hours (or just LOW for about 8 to 10 hours).

This recipe yields 4 servings.
