1 | Cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 oz) | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Red wine |
1 | Lipton beefy onion soup mix | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried thyme |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Stew beef |
8 oz | 227g | Fresh mushrooms - sliced |
8 oz | 227g | Baby carrots |
Mix sauce ingredients in cooker. Add meat, carrots, and mushrooms, and stir. Cook on HIGH 4 hours and LOW 4 hours (or just LOW for about 8 to 10 hours).
This recipe yields 4 servings.
