3/4 cup | 177ml | Vinegar - (to 1 cup) |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Ketchup |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt - (to 1 tspn) |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Pork spareribs - cut serving size |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vegetable oil |
Combine the first 9 ingredients in a slow cooker. Brown ribs in a skillet in oil. Transfer to slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours or until tender.
