Pork Chops And Potatoes In Mustard Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index

2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cooking oil |
1 | Cream of mushroom soup | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Chicken broth |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried thyme - crushed |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
6 teaspoons | 30ml | Potatoes - sliced thin (medium) |
1 | Onion - sliced |
In skillet brown pork chops on both sides in hot oil. Drain fat.
In any size crockpot, mix cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, mustard, thyme, garlic and pepper. Add potatoes and onion, stirring to coat. Place browned chops on top of potato mixture Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
