4 | Chicken pieces - (to 6) | |
1 | Diced tomatoes with juice | |
1 | Onion - sliced | |
1 | Green bell pepper - sliced | |
1 | Mushrooms - drained | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Italian seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Minced garlic |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Put chicken in bottom of pot. Top with rest of ingredients. Stir. Cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 5 to 6 hours.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
