1 | Tomato soup |
Place shanks, stewed tomatoes and garlic in the crockpot. Sprinkle with seasonings, salt and pepper. Cover with water. Cook on HIGH until the shanks are very tender.
Add potatoes, vegetables, celery and soup. Cook for a while longer.
