Crockpot Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Boneless chicken breasts | |
1 | Golden mushroom soup | |
1/2 | Soup can water | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dry sherry or white wine |
4 | Ham | |
4 | Swiss cheese |
Pound chicken breasts thin. Place 1 slice each of ham and cheese on each breast half. Roll up and place into bottom of crockpot.
To one can golden mushroom soup add 1/2 can water and 1/4 cup of dry sherry. Mix well and pour over chicken in crockpot. cook on LOW for 8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
