1 | Onion - chopped (medium) | |
1 | Red pepper - chopped | |
1 | Green pepper - chopped | |
1 | Zucchini - chopped (small) | |

1 | Italian stewed tomatoes | |
1 | Tomato paste - (6 oz) | |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Hot sausage |
2 | Chicken breasts | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Italian seasoning |
Red pepper flakes - (optional) |
Heat oil in skillet. Saute onion and garlic until light brown. Remove. Add sausage and chicken to brown in the skillet. Drain and pat dry.
In crockpot combine all other ingredients together with the onions and garlic. Add the sausage then top with the chicken breasts. Cover and cook on low setting 6 to 8 hours.
