1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef - (to 1 1/2 lbs) |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Diced bell pepper - (green and red |

3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Diced onion |
1 | Brown gravy - dry | |
(or use mushroom or onion) | ||
4 | Red or round white potatoes - (to 6) - diced (medium) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter - melted |
1 | Whole kernel corn - (15 oz) - drained | |
(or 2 cups frozen corn) | ||
1 | Creamed corn - (15 oz) | |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Brown ground beef with diced peppers and onion. Drain well. Place ground beef mixture in crockpot; sprinkle gravy mix over ground beef mixture.
Toss diced potato with melted butter to coat and add to crockpot; add whole kernel corn and creamed corn. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours. Taste and adjust seasonings.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
