Bbq Meatballs Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Ground beef |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped green pepper |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Rolled oats |
1 | Egg - beaten | |
Sauce | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Ketchup |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Prepared mustard |
Combine first five ingredients for meatballs. Mix well. Shape balls and brown in skillet. Drain off fat; place in crock pot. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Cook for 4 to 6 hours on LOW.
Serve over hot noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
