Sweet And Sour Bratwurst Recipe - Cooking Index

| 3 | Green peppers (medium) | |
| 2 | Red peppers (medium) | |
| 1 | Onion - sliced (large) | |
| 1 | Chunk pineapples - (16 oz) - drained | |
| 1 | Bbq sauce |
Brown bratwurst; cut into bite-size pieces. Cook sausage and bbq sauce in a crockpot on LOW temperature for about 2 hours.
Add peppers, onion and pineapples to crockpot. Stir occasionally and cook until peppers are tender.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
