Saucy Apple-Honey Tenderloins Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Pork tenderloins - (to 1 1/2 lbs) |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Onion - chopped (medium) |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped dried apple or apricot |
1 | Bell pepper - chopped | |
1 | Country gravy mix - (1 oz) | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Water |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Low-sodium soy sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cider or wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Place pork in crockpot with onion, dried apple, and bell pepper. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over pork. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours (4 to 5 hours on HIGH).
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
