Pork With Orange-Mustard Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

6   Pork chop cutlets - sliced or cubed
  (or 2 to 2 1/2 lbs pork loin roast)
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozSliced green onions - (to 1 cup)
1 tablespoon 15mlOil
1/2 cup 118mlOrange juice
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlSoy sauce
1 tablespoon 15mlDijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlHoney
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGarlic powder
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

In a large skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides. Place pork in crockpot and sprinkle with the green onions. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over the pork. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
