Pork With Orange-Mustard Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index

(or 2 to 2 1/2 lbs pork loin roast) | ||
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Sliced green onions - (to 1 cup) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oil |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Orange juice |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Honey |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
In a large skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides. Place pork in crockpot and sprinkle with the green onions. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over the pork. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
