1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Pork tenderloin - (to 2 lbs) |
3 cups | 330g / 11oz | Packaged stuffing mix - (10 to 12 oz) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dried celery flakes |
(or 1 celery rib, chopped) | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried onion flakes |
(or 1 small onion, chopped) | ||
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Finely-chopped dried apricots |
1 | Apple - peeled, cored, | |
And finely chopped | ||
3/4 cup | 177ml | Hot water |
1 | 98% fat-free cream of celery soup | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Melted butter |
Slice pork tenderloins about 1 1/2-inch thick; place in 3 1/2-quart or larger crock pot. In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients; spoon over pork slices. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
