Pork Tenderloin With Apples

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozPork tenderloins - (to 2 lbs)
1 lb 454g / 16ozGranny Smith apple - (or 2 small) - chopped (large)
1/4 cup 59mlApplesauce
1   Green onions with 3" of green tops - sliced thinly
1 tablespoon 15mlBrown sugar
1 tablespoon 15mlBalsamic vinegar or cider vinegar

Recipe Instructions

Trim excess fat from the pork and slice in 1 1/2-inch pieces. Place pork slices in the crockpot with the remaining ingredients, mixing to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
