Pork Tenderloin With Apples Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Pork tenderloins - (to 2 lbs) |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Granny Smith apple - (or 2 small) - chopped (large) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Applesauce |
1 | Green onions with 3" of green tops - sliced thinly | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Brown sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Balsamic vinegar or cider vinegar |
Trim excess fat from the pork and slice in 1 1/2-inch pieces. Place pork slices in the crockpot with the remaining ingredients, mixing to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
