Pork Chops - Crock Pot Recipe - Cooking Index
6 | Lean pork chops, 1" thick - (to 8) | |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil |
1 | Cream of mushroom soup |
Coat pork chops with dry ingredients. Brown well in hot oil. Put chops in slow cooker. Add soup and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours on HIGH 3 to 4 hours.
This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
