Recipe Ingredients

6   Lean pork chops - (to 8)
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozFlour
1 tablespoon 15mlSalt
1   Chicken and rice soup - (10 oz)
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlDry mustard
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGarlic powder
2 tablespoons 30mlOil

Recipe Instructions

Coat pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic powder. Brown in oil in skillet. Place browned pork chops in crock pot. Add can of soup. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 1/2 hours.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
