Pork Chops (Crock Pot) Recipe - Cooking Index
6 | Lean pork chops - (to 8) | |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
1 | Chicken and rice soup - (10 oz) | |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil |
Coat pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic powder. Brown in oil in skillet. Place browned pork chops in crock pot. Add can of soup. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 1/2 hours.
This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
