Pork Chop And Cranberry Stuffing Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Potatoes - (to 6) - peeled, sliced thick (medium) | |
4 | Boneless pork chops - (to 6) | |
1 | Stuffing mix with cranberries - (6 oz) | |
1 cup | 237ml | Hot water |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soft butter |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Place potatoes in a 3 1/2-quart or larger crockpot; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Top with pork chops; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Combine stuffing mix with 1 cup hot water and 1 tablespoon softened butter. Spoon over the pork chops. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
