Pork Chop And Cranberry Stuffing

Recipe Ingredients

4   Potatoes - (to 6) - peeled, sliced thick (medium)
4   Boneless pork chops - (to 6)
1   Stuffing mix with cranberries - (6 oz)
1 cup 237mlHot water
1 tablespoon 15mlSoft butter
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Place potatoes in a 3 1/2-quart or larger crockpot; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Top with pork chops; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.

Combine stuffing mix with 1 cup hot water and 1 tablespoon softened butter. Spoon over the pork chops. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
