Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
1 | Crushed pineapple - (16 oz) | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Nutmeg |
1 | Cranberry sauce | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cloves |
Season roast with salt and pepper, and place in slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on LOW.
To serve, slice and spoon sauce over each portion.
