Myron's Asian Pork Roast Recipe - Cooking Index
3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Pork roast - (to 4 lbs) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Orange marmelade or apricot preserves |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Catsup |
1 | Garlic clove - (or more) - crushed |
Combine soy sauce, marmalade, catsup and garlic. Brush all over the roast. Place in a crockpot and pour remaining sauce over all. Cover and cook on LOW all day, at least 10 hours.
