Turkey Breast Tenders With Orange-Cranberry Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Turkey breast tenders |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Orange juice |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Whole cranberry sauce |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Allspice |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cornstarch - dissolved in |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cold water |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Combine all ingredients; turn turkey to coat. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours, or on HIGH for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
About 10 minutes before serving, stir in the cornstarch-cold water mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
