Recipe Ingredients

2   Cream of mushroom soup
3 cups 711mlWater
3 cups 480g / 16ozConverted long-grain white rice - (uncooked)
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozThinly-sliced celery
1 cup 237mlCubed cooked turkey - (to 2 cups)
2 cups 220g / 7.8ozFrozen mixed vegetables
  (peas and carrots, oriental mix, etc.)
1 teaspoon 5mlPoultry seasoning
1 tablespoon 15mlDried minced onion
  Soy sauce - to taste, (optional)

Recipe Instructions

Pour soup and water into crock pot and stir to combine. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook 6 to 8 hours on LOW or 3 to 4 hours on HIGH. Add soy sauce if desired.
