Roger's Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
12 | Chicken thighs - (to 15) | |
(legs or wings work well too) | ||
1 1/3 cups | 315ml | Soy sauce, La Choy preferred |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cinnamon - or to taste |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Ginger - or to taste |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cloves - or to taste |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
Place chicken in crockpot; mix all other ingredients and poor over chicken. Cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours. (Time will vary on how much chicken is used and whether or not it is frozen.)
Serve this with rice, or with rice patties.
