Lemon-Herb Turkey Breast Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Turkey breast - (to 3 lbs) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Rosemary |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Oregano |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dijon mustard |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Dry white wine |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
2 | Garlic cloves |
Put all ingredients (turkey skin-side down) in crock pot and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours, basting turkey if possible.
