Crock Pot Italian Beef Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 lbs | 1816g / 64oz | Pot roast of beef - (to 5 lbs) |
| 3 cups | 711ml | Water |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Oregano |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion salt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic salt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Basil |
| 1 | Good Season salad dressing mix | |
| 1 | Onion - (optional) |
Pour ingredients over beef and cook on LOW all day in a crock pot. Shred beef and return to broth for 15 minutes.
Serve on buns or over French bread.
