Crock Pot Dried Beef Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Uncooked elbow macaroni |
| 2 | Cream of mushroom soup - (10 oz ea) | |
| 1 | Dried beef - (5 oz) - shredded | |
| (or two 3 oz packages dried beef) | ||
| 1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Cubed Cheddar cheese |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter or margarine |
| 4 | Hard-cooked eggs - diced | |
| 1/2 | Onion - chopped (medium) | |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Evaporated milk |
Combine all ingredients and pour in crock pot, stirring thoroughly. Cover and cook on LOW 5 to 7 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
