Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs	681g / 24oz	Round steak
4 tablespoons	60ml	Margarine
2		Cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon	5ml	Paprika
1 cup	62g / 2.2oz	Onion - chopped
1/2 cup	118ml	Water
1 cup	237ml	Sour cream
		Salt - to taste
		Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Cube round steak. Put steak in crock pot with remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on HIGH 1 hour then on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.

Serve with noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
