4 lbs | 1816g / 64oz | Roast - (to 5 lbs) - coarsly chopped |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Beef boullion |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Italian salad dressing |
Place roast in crockpot. Add all other ingredients and enough water to cover beef. Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Shred beef, serve on buns or garlic bread.
