1 | Carrots - drained | |
2 | Potatoes - quartered (small) | |
4 | Beef bouillon cubes | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Italian herbs |
2 cups | 474ml | Water |
Put all ingredients in the crockpot. Add water and turn crock pot on LOW for 8 to 9 hours. Thicken with a mixture of flour and a little cold water, if desired. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve with biscuits.
