Citrus Fish - Crockpot Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Fish fillets |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
1 | Onion - chopped (medium) | |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Chopped parsley |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Oil |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Grated lemon rind |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Grated orange rind |

Butter crockpot and put salt and pepper on fish to taste. Then place fish in pot. Put onion, parsley and grated rinds and oil over fish. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 1/2 hours. Serve garnished with orange and lemon slices.
