Pork Roast With Peach Chutney Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Sliced peaches - (16 oz) - drained | |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Raisins |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Brown sugar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Vinegar |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion (small) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Prepared mustard |
3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Pork loin roast - (to 4 lbs) |
Combine all ingredients except roast in blender or food processor. Process until coarsely chopped. Place roast in crock and pour chutney over top. Cover and cook on:
= 1 (Low) for 8 hours.
= Auto Shift™ 6 hours.
= 2 (High) 4 hours.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
