Pork Roast With Peach Chutney

Recipe Ingredients

1   Sliced peaches - (16 oz) - drained
1/4 cup 40g / 1.4ozRaisins
1/4 cup 40g / 1.4ozBrown sugar
1/4 cup 59mlVinegar
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozOnion (small)
1 tablespoon 15mlPrepared mustard
3 lbs 1362g / 48ozPork loin roast - (to 4 lbs)

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients except roast in blender or food processor. Process until coarsely chopped. Place roast in crock and pour chutney over top. Cover and cook on:

= 1 (Low) for 8 hours.

= Auto Shift™ 6 hours.

= 2 (High) 4 hours.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
